CLUB REQUIREMENTS:
Clubs will require a captain/manager (owner)
Player rosters must be a minimum of 14 plus 2 reserves. Anything more or less will not be accepted. These rosters must be finalised and sent to RCLRosters by the leader at least a week before the start of the league.
Clubs are expected to be active and come prepared to matches; if a club forfeits 3 matches in one season, they will be disqualified and replaced.
Clubs are expected to be committed to the league and follow its rules.
Club names can be anything from custom (e.g. Bloxfield Town) to real life club names (e.g. Manchester United). The only exception is that clubs cannot have a name of a national team (e.g. Argentina, England etc).
Clubs need to have a home kit and an away kit which have differing colour schemes.

GAMEPLAY RULES:
Matches are all played at Nabil4981's RCL Pitch.
The minimum player per team size is 5v5, and the maximum is 7v7.
The length of the match is two halves of twenty four minutes, which are subject to added time.
No offsides.
Using the command :m during a match is a yellow card as it impairs vision.
Anyone caught speeding a player or using admin to gain an advantage in an unfair way will be suspended.
Invisible walls will line the outlines of the pitch, which means no outs.
Two yellow cards in a match makes a red card and a one match suspension.
A straight red card results in a two match suspension.
Five yellow cards in the course of a season results in a one match suspension.
Goalkeeper tool will be enabled.
No box rule, ever.
No Doubles. (etc. Chip + Kick)
No Drags. (etc. Pass + Dribble)
If a team has three players at a match, the leader of the team (or acting leader) need to get the team as soon as possible. The ref of the match will give 10 minutes for leader to get team or there will be auto 3-0.
If a club comes to a match with under three players they will forfeit the match, giving the opponent an automatic 3-0 victory - 0-0 if both teams have to forfeit.
If during the match the captain chooses to forfeit the match the current scoreline will have three goals added to it for the team that isn't forfeiting (e.g. 4-1 + 3-0 = 7-1).
Fouls will be given for the following types of 'flings':
- The defender contacts the attacker resulting in him to fling, but the defender wins none of the ball.
- The defender contacts the attacker resulting in him to fling, but the defender contacts the player BEFORE winning the ball.
Fouls will NOT be given for the following types of 'flings':
- The defender contacts the attacker resulting in him to fling, but the defender wins the ball BEFORE contacting the attacker.
- The ball flings the attacker/defender.
Match fixing of any type will result in a ten points deduction.
Only leaders can call a pause for the game to halt: However his pause will be ignored by the referee IF when the attacker has a goal scoring opportunity and the captain attempts to pause the game. The exception to this is if a player loses the kicking leg, disconnects or quits the server resulting in the goal scoring opportunity.
Clubs must agree to wear kits that have high levels of contrast in comparison to the other kit in order for each team to be easily recognised by the appearance of the kit.
VERBAL OFFENCES:
Racism will NEVER be tolerated in any shape or form; It will result in a five match ban, and this can also happen if it is done on the group wall.
Harassing the referee (e.g. 'ARE YOU BLIND? THAT CLEARLY WENT OVER THE LINE YOU IDIOT') will result in a booking.
Insulting or threatening anyone in the server unprovoked (e.g. 'HAHA YOUR MOTHER DIED. I HOPE YOU LIVE A CRAP LIFE') will always result in a booking, and if a similar or the same offence is repeated it will result in a second booking and a red card.
Spamming the text will result in a warning.
Profanity directed in a harmful way to anyone in the server (e.g. '**** you I ******* hate you') is a bookable offence.
If the referee does not spot an incident, a player can report it to the RCL Board (they can bring evidence to further enforce their complaint) and the Board will investigate the footage of the match for the incident - if the complaint is justified, the people involved can receive retrospective punishment in the form of suspensions.
